Eucalyptus cinerea - Argyle Apple, Silver Dollar Gum

Beautiful and very popular tree often grown for floristry. This small tree has both juvenile and intermediate leaves, adult leaves are rarely formed. The yound leaves are alomst circular and a pale silver-blue. This tree makes a great specimen and has a fruity menthol scent.

Growth Habit: Dense crown of foliage
Leaves: The leaves are aromatic, egg shaped, stalkless and glaucous (white wax covering) giving it a silvery grey colour.
Bark: Thick, fibrous grey over red-brown bark.
